This place checks off all my boxes: tasty dessert (not too sweet!), friendly staff, and plenty of seating. It was busy when I came in on a Thursday evening, but people come and go, so we quickly found seats. I love that they have a game shelf, like the OG boba spots. It's a great hangout place, and I plan to come back!
The mango bingsoo consists of shaved snow, mango slices, and syrup. Condensed milk is always served on the side, and it's less viscous, therefore easier to pour. I really liked the "milk mixture" they use for their shaved snow.

I love the mango bingsu here! It's delicious and refreshing. The mango is always super sweet and perfectly ripe! Price is good for how much you get! The drinks here are pretty good as well! I will try the other bingsu flavors the next time!

I love their BingSoo. I have never had a more delicious dessert anywhere. Their Boba is good too! The service is good. I just wish they would put up some art on those big walls!

i always come here for their mango bingsoo and it never disappoints. probably the best bingsoo i've ever had

Somehow, we still had room for dessert and migrated (meandered?) over to MandRo after dinner at T-Kumi Ramen & Rice.
We came specifically for the bingsoo, and I'm a sucker for the summery seasonal mango flavor/topping...so much so, that I also added a Mango Sago drink to my order. I got a regular-sized bingsoo for myself, although be forewarned that a regular size can easily be shareable between two regular people.
My appetite and sweet tooth are not to be underestimated. The mango bingsoo was a respectable-sized bowl, with an extra side of condensed milk for drizzle. The milky shaved ice was super cold as it should be, but be careful of eating it too fast or risk brain freeze! Delicious indulgence.
Other than the mango ($13.95 for regular), the other bingsoo offerings were matcha red bean ($12.45), injeolmi ($12.45), strawberry ($13.95), chocolate ($12.45), or original red bean milk bingsoo ($11.45).
Open late, seemed like a popular hangout for Davis students. I also recommend the Hokkaido or Okinawa with egg pudding as per my previous review. They even have the option ($) for insulated bags to transport your boba or bingsoo takeout, neat!

Came on weekday around 6 pm, not too busy. Since someone was at the cashier, I used their devise tablet to ordered. Very convenient. I ordered the matcha red bean bingsu to share with my daughter. It was a good dessert to have on a hot day. I just remembered to take the picture after we ate most of it,

The bingsoo is the BEST around Davis/Sacramento, by far! The mango bingsoo and red bean are my favorite - the small is definitely enough for 2 people!
Their boba is also good! I've only tried a couple but really liked the Hokkaido Milk Tea and Taro Milk Teas!

Mango bingsoo was great. I would get more mango next time. The regular size was big and can be split by two people.

On a warm Friday afternoon, my two friends and I were in the mood for an ice-cold treat. My friends recommended that we try MandRo and I was filled with excitement because I had a pleasant experience at their Newark location in the SF Bay Area. Upon entering, I noticed there were a few patrons who were in line to use the kiosk. Personally, I think the kiosk is convenient because it allows the employees to have orders ready in a timely manner. Since my friends and I had a big lunch, we decided to split a Mango Bingsoo. I also ordered a Matcha Tea Macchiato with boba as my drink. While waiting for our order, we chose Jenga from the bookcase that is filled with board games. After 15 minutes, our dessert and drinks were ready.
The shaved ice from the Mango Bingsoo had a powdery texture and a sweet milk flavor. In addition, the ripeness of the sliced mangoes was just right. It was definitely the perfect treat to have in 100 degree plus weather. On the other hand, the Matcha Macchiato was mediocre. I thought the cream was too thin and wished there was a thicker consistency since the matcha flavor was overpowering. But, my friend enjoyed their Cheese Strawberry drink!
Even though I did not enjoy my drink on this visit, I am open to trying other drinks from their menu in the future. Furthermore, I loved how comfortable their seating was. And I highly recommend this place for those who prefer a dine-in boba and dessert spot.
